Returns & Exchanges Policy

At SENTAL, we want you to love your purchase. Please read our return and exchange policy carefully before placing an order.

Returns

We accept returns for store credit only within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn
  • Unwashed
  • In their original condition
  • With all tags attached
  • Free from stains, odors, damage, or signs of use

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a store gift card will be issued for the approved return amount.

IMPORTANT: MONEY WILL NOT BE REFUNDED TO YOUR ORIGINAL PAYMENT METHOD. ALL APPROVED RETURNS WILL BE ISSUED AS A STORE GIFT CARD ONLY.

Store credit never expires and may be used on any future SENTAL purchase.

Exchanges

We are happy to offer exchanges within 14 days of delivery.

Customers may exchange an eligible item for a different size, color, or style, subject to availability.

If the new item is more expensive, the customer must pay the price difference. If the new item is less expensive, the remaining balance will be issued as store credit.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The item received is defective
  • We sent the wrong item
  • The order arrived damaged due to our error

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as SENTAL is not responsible for lost return packages.
